Because our items are custom-printed just for you, your order goes through a brief production phase before it ships.
Processing: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the type of product you purchase. Our standard ground shipping tiers ensure your items arrive safely and securely.
Order Tracking
The moment your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with live scan data.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us at info@workisthird.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue or damage.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because our automated system transmits your order immediately to our printing team to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to cancel or modify orders (such as changing addresses, sizes, or designs) once they have been placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before completing checkout.
Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because every item on our store is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selections. Please utilize the size charts provided on our product pages before checking out.
